Our
Speed & Agility training sessions are group workouts that focus on
running technique, first-step explosion, mechanics, core strength, and
overall quickness and agility. Most of the sessions take place
outside in our grass field and sand pit - we also have hills and
agility equipment that helps train the athletes.
Each
Speed & Agility workout is a one-hour, intense training session
designed to perfect running form, speed, and quickness for male and
female athletes in all sports. With over 50 years of combined
experience and by using state-of-the-art proven techniques, Willie Smith and his staff know how to build exceptional
speed and agility skills in athletes of all ages.
Some of the focal points addressed in this training program include:
- Quickness
- Power
- Lateral Movement
- First-Step Explosion
- Leaping Ability
- Stopping/Starting
- Change of Direction
- Overall Mental Awareness of Form and Athletic Output
The athlete will see a dramatic improvement in:
- Forty-Yard Dash
- Base Running
- Speed
- Endurance
- Mental Capability
Here's how to start your training today:
Feel
free to come by Nx Level Fitness during one of the Speed & Agility
sessions and observe for an hour (it's pretty insightful and fun to
watch). Come by the gym any time during normal business hours and
meet with Willie Smith, Mitch Ross, Victor Hanson, or any of the other
staff to learn more about the program and see the facility.
Cost of the Speed & Agility Training:
| 1 time per week = $15/week |
2 times per week = $30/week |
3 times per week = $40/week |
| Sign up more than one athlete (like multiple children) and receive a discounted rate. |
